Returns & Refunds
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a “no questions asked” returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 30 days from the date of delivery of your Order.
We will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges) to your original payment method if you paid by payment card.
How do I return an item
Items can be returned using one of the following methods:
- For online purchases, you can request a collection by initiating a return through your Coach online account and our delivery team will collect the items from you. Please include any customs or reverse airway bill documents with the items being collected. These documents are provided with your order upon delivery.
If you do not have a Coach account, you will need to register to be able to request a return online.
- Contacting us by calling +96522270165 to arrange collection of the item from your delivery address. Please allow 2 – 3 days for collection of your items.
Once we receive your return, it usually takes us 2-3 business days to process and issue your refund. We'll shoot you an email to keep you in the loop on when we've started the refund. Just a heads up, your bank might take around 14 working days to process card refunds after we've initiated it. If you have any questions along the way, we're here for you!
If you have made a payment using AMBER points, AMBER will be refunded first following that the remaining amount will be refunded.
I’ve received wrong or damaged items
If you have received damaged items or the wrong items in your order, please contact us right away and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
What items can I return?
We offer free online returns for orders placed on Coach within 30 days of purchase. You may return your Coach products* in their original, unused condition for a full refund. Please ensure that shoes are returned in their original shoe box.
*Excludes Earrings/piercings or liquid products, monogrammed items (including pendants), custom-made belts and personalised items.
Gift Returns
If you have received an online order as a gift and wish to return it, please note that it will be refunded to the purchaser's original method of payment.
In-store purchase refund & exchange policy
We hope you enjoy your Coach purchase. If you do change your mind, unused product may be subject to a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a valid receipt.
All merchandise must be in new and unused condition, including original packaging for us to accept the return.
Refunds will be provided to the original form of payment and to the same account that was used to pay for the item(s). Please note earrings/piercings, liquid products, monogrammed items (including pendants), custom-made belts and personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned.
